We arrived on the Costa del Sol in 2001. After deciding we wanted to live here, we decided to buy a house. As we thought, so we did. It was something completely new for us. There was no one back then who could comprehensively help us – Poles – through the entire process. On our own, with the help of lawyers and translators, among others, we finalized the property purchase. Once we settled in Spain, we often received questions from friends and acquaintances – how to buy a house or apartment here, what to look out for, where to start.
Putting together the puzzle of “How to buy a house and sun in Spain”, we came to the conclusion that this is a great idea for a family business.
This is how our company was founded – the first Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol.
To this day, the biggest challenge is the immense competition. Fortunately, everyone has access to the same products. The client chooses only the service – the company with which they want to cooperate and to which they want to entrust their property for management.
The turning point was when our two sons joined the company. We are a family business, which our clients greatly appreciate. We have been building this business on relationships and commitment from the very beginning.
Our Own Development Projects
We like to set ambitious goals for ourselves. Fascinated by the idea of creating something unique, we decided to go a step further. Our goal is not only to sell properties from other developers but also to create our own projects from scratch.
One of our projects is being developed in the most prestigious district of Benahavís – Real de La Quinta, near Marbella. Elisium Residences, as the investment is called, involves the construction of 4 buildings, which will house a total of 24 luxury apartments. Each of them – regardless of the floor – will have a private pool and a spacious terrace. Moreover, almost all will also have their own garden. Due to the investment’s location, situated on the southern hills of the resort, the apartments will offer views of the Costa del Sol coastline.
We are also realizing a project of exclusive villas on 6 plots. We can’t wait to share more details.

The year 2025 brings an important change for International Investment Marbella. We are opening our new office in one of the most recognizable locations on the Costa del Sol map – in the very heart of Puerto Banús.

Although we are updating our premises to be even more modern, our principles remain the same. In Puerto Banús, you will find our Team, the same name, and the same uncompromising honesty in evaluating offers that we have been known for over the years.

In 2002, we started running the company as a two-person team. At International Investment Marbella, we believe that real estate is primarily about people. Our story didn’t begin with a large office building, but with the shared vision of two individuals. That’s when we laid the foundation for the principles that guide us to this day: honesty, knowledge, and unwavering loyalty to the client.
Today, looking at our team, we see how much this vision was needed on the Costa del Sol.
Currently, International Investment Marbella is a team of over 20 specialists who work for our Clients every day.
We have dedicated agents responsible for key foreign markets: American, Dutch, and Ukrainian. Thanks to this, we understand the investment specifics and needs of clients from various cultural backgrounds.
